1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the contract between you and North Sports Group Ltd trading as North Sports (“we”, “us”, “our”, “North Sports”). By accessing or using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the website or place an order.

2. Contract Formation

2.1 Order Process
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase goods from us.

2.2 Acceptance
Your order is only accepted when we dispatch the goods to you, at which point a binding contract is formed between you and North Sports. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you and refund any payment already taken.

3. Product Information & Availability

3.1 Product descriptions, pricing and availability are shown on our website. Whilst we strive for accuracy, errors may occur, and colours, measurements or specifications may vary.

3.2 Stock levels may change without notice. If an item is unavailable after order placement, we will contact you and offer a refund or alternative.

4. Price & Payment

4.1 All prices include VAT where applicable.

4.2 Payment must be received in full before dispatch. We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, ClearPay and Klarna (subject to Klarna’s terms).

4.3 Promotional codes and offers are subject to specific terms and availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

5. Delivery & Risk

5.1 Delivery Times
Delivery times quoted are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for losses, costs or consequential damages arising from delivery delays.

5.2 Risk & Title
Risk in goods passes to you when the courier confirms delivery to the delivery address you provided, including any safe place or nominated location. Tracking evidence from the courier constitutes proof of delivery.

5.3 You must provide accurate delivery information. Additional costs arising from incorrect addresses are your responsibility.

6. Consumer Cancellation Rights

6.1 If you are a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel your order (distance contract) within 14 days of receipt of your goods without giving a reason (statutory cooling-off period) under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

6.2 To exercise this right, you must inform us in writing within the 14-day period. After cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the goods. Return postage costs remain your responsibility unless the goods are faulty.

6.3 These statutory rights apply in addition to any commercial return rights set out in our Refund & Returns Policy.

7. Returns, Refunds & Faulty Goods

7.1 Our refund and returns process is set out in our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7.2 Faulty goods: In addition to statutory rights, faulty products may be returned for inspection; where a fault is confirmed, we will repair, replace or refund in line with applicable UK law.

8. Limitations of Liability

8.1 To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in respect of all losses arising out of or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the price paid for the goods you purchased.

8.2 We do not exclude liability for:

death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
breaches of your statutory rights.

8.3 We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g., lost profits, loss of business).

This clause is subject to statutory rights that cannot be limited under UK law.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All website content (text, images, branding, logos, videos) is owned by or licensed to North Sports and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may only use this material for personal, non-commercial purposes with our consent.

10. Personal Data

10.1 We use your personal data to process orders, manage deliveries and communications, and for marketing where you have consented. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your data.

11. Communications

11.1 We may contact you by email or phone regarding your order, delivery status or payments. Calls may be recorded for training and quality assurance.
