Key Benefits

Open-Ear Comfort — Bone-conduction sound leaves your ear canals uncovered.
PremiumPitch 2.0 — Audio designed for music, speech and podcasts.
Six-Hour Battery — Up to six hours of listening or calls.
Multipoint Pairing — Supports connection to two compatible devices.
IP55 Protection — Built for sweat and light rain, not immersion.

Shokz OpenMove is an accessible introduction to bone-conduction headphones for walks, runs, commuting and everyday calls. Its open-ear wraparound shape leaves the ear canals uncovered instead of relying on in-ear tips. PremiumPitch 2.0 is tuned for music, podcasts and speech, making it a practical all-round listening choice.

The approximately 29 g headset connects through Bluetooth 5.1 to compatible phones, tablets and computers. Multipoint pairing and Standard or Vocal Booster EQ settings help with daily switching and listening. Dual microphones improve voice pickup on calls but do not actively cancel external noise for the wearer. Battery life is up to six hours, with USB-C charging and IP55 resistance to sweat and light rain.

Suggested Use & Compatibility

OpenMove is suited to everyday walks, commuting, home workouts, desk-based calls and casual running. Wear the frame around the back of your head with the transducers resting just in front of your ears. The design does not require anything to sit inside the ear canal, although audio volume and the surrounding environment still affect what you can hear. Adjust the EQ to favour standard listening or spoken content as needed.

Pair over Bluetooth 5.1 with compatible phones, tablets and computers. Multipoint is available for supported two-device use. A USB-C cable recharges the headset; allow approximately two hours for a full charge. IP55 supports sweaty workouts and light rain but does not permit swimming or submersion, and the charging port should be dry before connecting power. Noise reduction improves transmitted voice on calls rather than cancelling noise for the listener.

Why We Choose Shokz

We choose Shokz for its focus on comfortable open-ear audio that fits the way people move. Its range includes bone-conduction headsets such as OpenRun and OpenSwim, alongside open-ear air-conduction earbuds such as OpenFit and OpenDots. We value that choice of designs, from running and everyday listening to swimming-specific models, without treating every product as the same technology.

Two audio approaches — Shokz offers both bone-conduction headsets and open-ear air-conduction earbuds.
Thoughtful fit options — Wraparound bands, flexible earhooks and clip-on designs suit different preferences.
Built for different routines — Choose from models for running, commuting, everyday use and selected swimming activities.
Check model-specific features — Water resistance, battery life, calls and charging options vary across the range.
Open-ear responsibility — Keeping the ears unobstructed can support awareness, but never guarantees that hazards will be heard.
