The Polar H9 is a straightforward electrical chest-strap heart-rate sensor for running, cycling, indoor training and gym sessions. It measures your heart's electrical activity through the soft, adjustable Polar Soft Strap and sends live heart-rate data to compatible watches, cycle computers, fitness apps and exercise equipment. Bluetooth Low Energy, ANT+ and 5 kHz GymLink make it a flexible choice for a broad range of training setups.

A replaceable CR2025 battery offers up to 400 hours of operation, and the WR30-rated sensor can be used for swimming with compatible equipment. The H9 supports one Bluetooth receiver at a time; unlike the H10, it does not have dual-Bluetooth or onboard workout recording. Choose a chest-strap size that fits. Standard XS–S and M–XXL sizes are available, alongside separate 10-Kit options for group purchases.

Suggested Use & Compatibility

Dampen the fabric electrode areas, fasten the Soft Strap snugly below the chest and attach the connector. Pair H9 to one supported Bluetooth device or use compatible ANT+/5 kHz equipment, then view readings on the connected watch, app or gym machine. H9 has no display or internal session memory. After training, remove the sensor pod and wash/dry the strap as Polar directs. Select the correct size before checkout. For group use, choose a clearly labelled 10-Kit option and confirm the included quantity with North Sports before ordering.
