The Ledlenser NEO3 is a battery-powered running head torch for athletes who prefer the simplicity of replaceable AAA cells. It offers up to 400 lumens in boost mode, with a beam reaching 80 metres, making it a practical option for dark pavements, early morning training and occasional trails. Its running-specific beam delivers useful illumination across the ground ahead.

At 97 g including batteries, the NEO3 is easy to carry and wear for regular training. The adjustable lamp angles down by up to 45°, while a reflective headband and rear red flashing light help make you more noticeable. Three AAA alkaline batteries are included, so you can get started without charging. The transport lock is useful when carrying the torch in a kit bag.

Suggested Use & Compatibility

Suited to occasional night running, evening walks and training where replacing batteries is preferable to charging a built-in pack. Use fresh AAA alkaline batteries, or compatible rechargeable AAA NiMH cells charged in a separate charger; the NEO3 itself cannot charge batteries. Adjust the beam downward to avoid dazzling other path users. IP54 means resistance to splashes and water spray, not immersion.
