TORQ Energy Gel + Guarana combines TORQ’s endurance carbohydrate blend with 89mg natural caffeine per sachet. Its smooth gel texture offers a portable way to add caffeine to a carefully planned fuelling strategy during longer training sessions and races.

Choose Banoffee, Caramel Latte, Cola Caffeine or Forest Fruits in individual sachets or boxes of 15. Because caffeine can accumulate from gels, drinks, coffee and other products, these gels are best incorporated deliberately rather than used interchangeably with non-caffeinated fuel.
