Key Benefits

Clip-On Open-Ear Fit — Sits on the outer ear without sealing the ear canal.
6.5 g Earbuds — Lightweight construction designed for all-day comfort.
Bassphere and OpenBass 2.0 — Dual-driver sound with enhanced low frequencies.
Ten Hours per Charge — Up to ten hours from the earbuds alone.
Wireless-Charging Case — Compatible with supported wireless charging pads.

Shokz OpenDots ONE are clip-on open-ear earbuds for people who want comfortable listening without ear hooks or in-ear tips. Their flexible JointArc design positions the speaker and battery sections around the outer ear. At approximately 6.5 g each, these air-conduction earbuds suit commuting, desk work and everyday movement rather than bone-conduction listening.

Bassphere dual-driver sound and OpenBass 2.0 are paired with optional Dolby Audio, while automatic left/right recognition simplifies fitting. Bluetooth 5.4, multipoint and four call microphones support compatible devices. Each charge offers up to ten hours, or up to 40 hours including case top-ups. The case supports USB-C and wireless charging. IP54 applies to the earbuds only, so keep the case dry.

Suggested Use & Compatibility

OpenDots ONE is suited to commuting, walking, office work, travel and lighter exercise when you want independently worn earbuds without in-ear silicone tips. Clip the flexible JointArc around the outer ear so the speaker rests comfortably near the ear canal. The design automatically recognises which earbud is on each ear and uses air-conduction speakers rather than bone conduction. Open ears can help preserve surrounding sound, but keep volume sensible and pay attention in traffic.

Pair via Bluetooth 5.4 with compatible smartphones, tablets and computers. The Shokz app offers listening and control customisation, including optional Dolby Audio. The earbuds last up to ten hours on one charge; up to 40 hours means cumulative playback after charging-case top-ups. Recharge the case by USB-C or a compatible wireless pad. Only the earbuds carry an IP54 rating, so keep the charging case dry and avoid swimming or immersion.

Why We Choose Shokz

We choose Shokz for its focus on comfortable open-ear audio that fits the way people move. Its range includes bone-conduction headsets such as OpenRun and OpenSwim, alongside open-ear air-conduction earbuds such as OpenFit and OpenDots. We value that choice of designs, from running and everyday listening to swimming-specific models, without treating every product as the same technology.

Two audio approaches — Shokz offers both bone-conduction headsets and open-ear air-conduction earbuds.
Thoughtful fit options — Wraparound bands, flexible earhooks and clip-on designs suit different preferences.
Built for different routines — Choose from models for running, commuting, everyday use and selected swimming activities.
Check model-specific features — Water resistance, battery life, calls and charging options vary across the range.
Open-ear responsibility — Keeping the ears unobstructed can support awareness, but never guarantees that hazards will be heard.
