The COROS Heart Rate Monitor tracks workout heart rate from the upper arm, providing an alternative to a conventional chest strap. Its multi-channel optical sensor and low-profile fabric band are designed for comfort during running, cycling, gym sessions and endurance training.

Wear detection activates the sensor automatically, while Bluetooth lets it connect to up to three supported devices at once. With up to 38 hours of activity use and 80 days in standby mode, it is an easy addition to a COROS watch or another compatible Bluetooth heart-rate receiver.

Suggested Use & Compatibility

Fit

Position the monitor snugly on the upper arm according to COROS guidance. Adjust the band so the sensor remains stable without restricting circulation. Remove the sensor before washing the fabric band.

Connectivity

Pair via Bluetooth with the COROS app, a compatible sports watch or training device. ANT+ only devices are not supported. Charge using the supplied magnetic USB cable.
