SiS BETA Recovery Drink is a carbohydrate-and-protein recovery powder developed for athletes following sustained or high-intensity exercise. It combines a dual-source maltodextrin-to-fructose carbohydrate blend with whey protein in a drink designed to fit into post-training nutrition.

Each recommended 100g serving contains 30g protein and a carbohydrate quantity that varies with flavour; the manufacturer lists 60g for Vanilla and 56g for Chocolate.
