SiS REGO Clear Recovery is a fruit-flavoured recovery drink for athletes who prefer a lighter alternative to conventional creamy protein shakes. The formula combines 20g clear whey protein with 21g carbohydrate per serving to support post-exercise nutrition following training or competition.

Its refreshing consistency makes it an option after harder sessions when a thick shake is less appealing. Available in Raspberry & Cranberry and Peach, the powder can be prepared with water and consumed as part of a plan that addresses protein, carbohydrate and hydration requirements.
