Luchos Energy Blocks bring traditional Colombian guava-based fuelling to running, cycling and endurance training. Each soft, chewy block provides a stated 34g of carbohydrate and 136 kcal, offering a fruit-based alternative to gels when you want something to bite into.

This pack contains 10 individually wrapped blocks in your selected flavour. Choose from Classic Guava, Guava & Orange, Guava & Açaí Berries, Guava & Coffee or Guava & Raspberry.
