TORQ Energy Gel is a compact gel created for runners, cyclists and endurance athletes who want convenient carbohydrate fuel without chewing a bar. Each sachet uses TORQ’s 2:1 maltodextrin-to-fructose approach and is marketed as one 30g fuelling unit.

The range offers nine non-caffeinated options, including Naked Flavourless and dessert-inspired flavours. Most flavoured varieties include electrolytes, while Naked is formulated without the added electrolytes, making it important to check the specific flavour when planning fuel and hydration.
