Polar Verity Sense is an optical heart-rate sensor for training without a traditional chest strap. Wear it securely on your upper arm or forearm using the included armband, or attach it to swimming goggles with the supplied clip so it rests at your temple. Its six-LED optical system measures heart rate while keeping the wrists free during running, cycling, gym training and swimming.

The sensor broadcasts heart rate over Bluetooth and ANT+ to compatible watches, apps and training equipment, with two simultaneous Bluetooth connections supported. It can also record workouts internally for later syncing in Polar Flow. Up to 30 hours of battery life, storage for up to 600 hours of heart-rate training and a WR50 water-resistance rating make it a flexible sensor for varied sessions.
