The Polar H10 is a chest-strap heart-rate sensor for athletes who want consistent, responsive heart-rate data during running, cycling, gym sessions and structured training. Its electrical heart-rate measurement uses the supplied Polar Pro Strap, which combines soft fabric, silicone grip dots and a secure buckle to maintain contact as you move.

Bluetooth Low Energy, ANT+ and 5 kHz GymLink transmissions make the H10 useful across compatible sports watches, cycle computers, training apps and gym equipment. It can connect to two Bluetooth devices simultaneously and save one training session for later transfer. A user-replaceable CR2025 battery provides up to 400 hours of operation, while the WR30 rating allows use in water. Choose the correct Pro Strap size from the available Shopify variants.
