The Blackburn Dayblazer 1000 front and Dayblazer 65 rear light set combines a powerful rechargeable headlight with a compact rear light for commuting, road riding and early-morning or evening training. The 1,000-lumen front unit provides useful forward illumination, side visibility and a conspicuous Blitz daytime running mode. Behind you, the Dayblazer 65 has multiple modes, including a high-visibility 65-lumen flash and a lower-output Group Ride setting.
The front light offers five settings so you can balance beam strength with battery life. Blitz produces 1,000 lumens for approximately 1.5 hours; High gives 500 lumens for three hours, Low gives 350 lumens for 5.5 hours, Pulse lasts around 6.5 hours and Strobe up to 15 hours. The rear light runs for approximately 1.5 hours in its 50-lumen steady mode, three hours in 65-lumen High Flash or up to 25 hours in the low-power Group Ride flashing setting.
Both lights are USB rechargeable, with charging-status indicators and an IP67 dust and water protection rating. The front uses an adaptable action-camera-style mounting arrangement for a compatible handlebar fitting; the rear bracket accommodates a range of seatposts. An easy-to-use matched set for cyclists who want both road illumination and rearward visibility.
