Great! Please request your eCertificate for the total price required from your employer.
Submit your certificate to cycle2work@northsports.co.uk and our our dedicated team will help finalise your order.
Don't yet have a voucher?
If you are enrolled in a scheme but do not have a voucher, simply request that your employer use their cycle to work scheme and submit a quote for the value of the bike you desire.
Your employer can arrange for a voucher to be issued, which you can send to us in exchange for your new electric bike.
Should I know anything else?
It is important to note that in the UK, only eBikes that comply with EAPC Regulations can be used on public roads without tax, insurance, or registration. More information on EAPC Regulations can be found here: https://www.gov.uk/electric-bike-rules.

Delivery Courier Services
Your delivery will usually be carried out through the distributor's own courier service. This is to help speed up deliveries for our customers.
Deliveries are Monday-Friday and the courier might be able to deliver on Saturday's for an additional cost.
Our ordering team will always request the courier contacts you on the day of delivery to advise they're on route but please note the driver contacting you is not guaranteed and we only request that this happens.
Pre-Assembled Ready To Ride Delivery
Throughout the website there are selected products with the product option to have pre-assembly, some might be for an additional cost.
Next Day Delivery
Next Day delivery is subject to availability. Please contact us prior via email for us to confirm if this option is available.
Returns
