The Claud Butler Ridge 2.0 Electric Mountain Bike is built for riders who want the extra power of an e-bike without losing the feel and control of a capable trail-ready mountain bike. Upgraded from the popular Ridge 1.0, this model features a more powerful Bafang rear hub motor with 45Nm of torque, giving you smooth pedal assistance when climbing hills, riding off-road or covering longer distances with less effort.
Designed for everyday adventure and off-road confidence, the Ridge 2.0 comes equipped with an integrated 375Wh removable battery, offering up to 40 miles / 64km of assisted riding range. The battery can be charged either on or off the bike for added convenience, while the key-lock system gives extra security when the bike is stored or locked in public. A colour handlebar display with remote control lets you choose from 5 assistance modes and view key ride data including speed, range, trip distance, energy use and CO2 saved.
For reliable performance on mixed terrain, the Claud Butler Ridge 2.0 features Shimano Cues 1x9 speed gearing, a wide-range 11-46T cassette, Shimano MT200 hydraulic disc brakes and a 120mm travel suspension fork with hydraulic lockout. The 27.5” wheels and wide 2.35” tyres provide grip and stability across trails, tracks and rougher paths, while the wide 780mm handlebars, short stem, lock-on grips and Selle Royal saddle help deliver a comfortable, controlled ride.
